The objective of this retrospective case series is to describe the
clinical features of patients with primary glioblastoma multiforme and
to identify the presence of the MGMT protein in the tissue. Seventeen
patients were selected. Tissue samples were analyzed by the
neuropathologist to confirm GBM diagnosis.
