Abstract

Wearable cardioverter-defibrillator (WCD) is an excellent treatment option for patients with temporary increased arrhythmic risk. In presented case, 68-year-old patient was treated with WCD due to acute myocarditis. Telemonitoring revealed recurrent wide-QRS complex tachycardia which led to urgent hospitalization and clinical reevaluation.
