Frequently asked questions
How to write a Sketching Science paper?
Once you define the type of paper you want to publish. You must gather your team and create an Authorea account (the Google docs for scientists), one for every author. Your collaborative manuscript must be cited appropriately (yes like a regular science journal) and written in a simple and accessible way. While writing the document, you must think on the figures, images or comics that are going to illustrate your article. You must send us pictures, photos, handmade sketches, and videos to
sketchingscience@gmail.com. This content will be useful for Sketching Science's creative team to design the illustrations that are going to supplement your text. With the designed figures, a visual abstract or cover will be created. The cover and a link to your paper will be posted on Sketching Science's social media accounts where thousands of people will know your work.
